Eligible Goods and Services definition

Eligible Goods and Services means Italian Goods and Services and EU and Non-EU Goods and Services which are supplied or rendered or to be supplied or rendered by the Builder to the Borrower pursuant to the Shipbuilding Contract for the design, construction and delivery of the Ship.

Eligible Goods and Services means the goods, services and facilities of a Service Provider in respect of which SkyCity has agreed (with the Service Provider) that Members will earn Points from the purchase or use of such goods, services and facilities.

Eligible Goods and Services means collectively the Eligible Foreign Goods and Services and the Eligible Local Services provided under the Contracts.

More Definitions of Eligible Goods and Services

Eligible Goods and Services means the portion of the goods and services to be supplied under the Commercial Contract with Chinese content accepted by Sinosure under the Sinosure Policy.

Excluded Goods means alcoholic beverages, home-brew kits, home-brew concentrate, Tobacco Products, Pornographic Material and any other goods which are specified in a legislative instrument made by the Minister for the purposes of section 123TI(1)(d) of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 (Cth).

Eligible Goods and Services means, subject to any agreement between the Participant and Protegra as evidenced in any Supplement, any good or service offered by a Participant other than those items which Applicable Laws do not permit the accumulation of Earned Local Points or other incentives in connection with their purchase in the manner set forth in this Agreement;
