  • Qualified physician means any physician who has not been excluded under the provisions of subpart I of this part. Except as otherwise provided by regulation, a qualified physician shall be deemed to be designated or ap- proved by OWCP.

A “graduate psychiatric nurse” means a person whose name is entered on the register of graduate psychiatric nurses of the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba. The terms of this Agreement shall be applicable to the graduate nurse, the graduate practical nurse, graduate psychiatric nurse, and graduate nurse practitioner, except as otherwise specified in the Collective Agreement.

  • Eligible Country means the countries and territories eligible for participation in procurements.

  • District and high school graduation rate means the annual completion and pupil dropout rate that is calculated by the center pursuant to nationally recognized standards.

  • Eligible position or "full-time job" means a full-time position
