Eligible Margin definition

Eligible Margin means (i) with respect to Initial Margin, (A) in the case of satisfaction of an Initial Margin requirement, dollars or other currencies acceptable to ICE Clear Credit for this purpose and (B) in the case of substitutions of Initial Margin, assets, in the case of each of clauses (A) and (B), as specified in Schedule 401 as in effect from time to time and (ii) with respect to Mark-to-Market Margin, the currency in which the Contracts for the applicable Mark-to-Market Margin Category are denominated. Currencies must be in immediately available funds to qualify as Eligible Margin.
Eligible Margin means Cash and Eligible Securities;
Eligible Margin means cash in USD or U.S. treasury securities.

Eligible Margin means such Digital Assets as Binance, in its sole discretion, may from time to time accept as collateral in respect of Margin Loans, as specified on the Margin Data Page or in such other manner as Binance may determine.

Related to Eligible Margin

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.
