Eligible Player definition

Eligible Player means a player who meets the eligibility criteria of the competition in terms of Rule 3.2.1.
Eligible Player means a person who is eligible to play Scoreboard pursuant to OAR 177-046-0022 and OAR 177-092-0020.
Eligible Player means a player who meets the eligibility criteria of the Competition as set out in Rule 11.3.

Examples of Eligible Player in a sentence

  • Any reference in this Regulation to an Eligible Player having been found guilty of a Reportable Offence means a Reportable Offence as defined in these Regulations.

  • The AFL Rising Star Nomination Panel may nominate an Eligible Player as a weekly AFL Rising Star even if the Eligible Player has been found guilty of a Reportable Offence in that AFL Season.

  • Notwithstanding that an Eligible Player has been found guilty of a Reportable Offence in that AFL Season, the Eligible Player shall remain eligible to receive votes under Regulation 22.2(b) and the AFL Rising Star Award in that year if the sanction for the Reportable Offence is a financial sanction only as set out in Appendix 1 of these Regulations or as determined by the Tribunal or in the case of State League Tribunal, the sanction was not a suspension or disqualification from participating in a Match.

  • A player may play finals in the division in which they were nominated, or any higher division, if the player is an Eligible Player.

More Definitions of Eligible Player

Eligible Player means a player who is properly registered under the rules of this Association and is not under suspension.
Eligible Player means a player who has current registration or affiliation, is not under suspension, has no outstanding fines or fees (including their share of team fines and fees), is properly nominated to a team in the domestic competition of the SDBA, does not put that team in breach of the representative content ruleand who is playing in a competition of the right age group and gender.

  • Eligible pupil means a pupil who has been expelled from school under the mandatory expulsion provisions in section 1311 or 1311a of the revised school code, MCL 380.1311 and 380.1311a, a pupil who has been suspended or expelled from school under a local policy, a pupil who is referred by a court, a pupil who is pregnant or is a parent, a pupil who was previously a dropout, or a pupil who is determined by the district to be at risk of dropping out.

  • eligible party , in relation to a company, means an individual who:

  • Eligible Person means individuals, corporations, trusts, the estates of deceased individuals, partnerships and unincorporated associations of persons;

  • Qualified wages ’ means wages you paid during the one-year period beginning with the date the ex-offender begins working for you. Only wages that are subject to unemployment tax under IRC Section 3306 qualify. This includes amounts in excess of the maximum taxable wage. Wages paid during any period for which you received federally funded payments for on-the-job training for the ex-offender do not qualify.

  • Eligible employer means an employer that:

  • income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;

  • Eligible Participants means persons who, at a particular time, are employees, officers, consultants, or directors of the Company or its subsidiaries;

  • Eligible elector means a person who meets the specific requirements for voting at a specific election or for a specific candidate, ballot question, or ballot issue. If no specific provisions are given, an eligible elector shall be a registered elector, as defined in subsection (35) of this section.
