Properly Nominated definition

Properly Nominated means a Nomination or Renomination by Xxxxxxx or by a third party on behalf of Xxxxxxx, for the taking of a Quantity of Exit Gas or the delivery of a Quantity of Entry Gas Reverse Flow, which is in accordance with Xxxxxxx’s rights under the Agreement and is made in the manner and within the time limits as set out in the Conditions.

  • The Quantity of Entry Gas Reverse Flow Properly Nominated by Xxxxxxx will then be deemed to be equal to the Quantity of Entry Gas Reverse Flow that is accepted by BBL Company.

Properly Nominated. GAS: Buyer must Properly Nominate any gas for which Buyer requests delivery. "Properly Nominate" means that Buyer's dispatcher shall give Seller's dispatcher timely prior notice, sufficient to meet the requirements of all pipelines, gatherers or distributors involved in the gas delivery to Buyer, of the volumes of gas Buyer desires to purchase and take on each day. Such notice shall be at least twenty-four hours prior to the earliest regularly scheduled nomination deadline of the pipelines/distributors receiving or delivering gas at the Delivery Point(s) for gas to be delivered commencing on the first day of a month, and one hour earlier than such deadline for any subsequent nomination. Related to Properly Nominated

  • Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Incumbent Directors means directors who either (A) are directors of the Company as of the date hereof, or (B) are elected, or nominated for election, to the Board with the affirmative votes of at least a majority of the Incumbent Directors at the time of such election or nomination (but shall not include an individual whose election or nomination is in connection with an actual or threatened proxy contest relating to the election of directors to the Company); or
