Eligible Stock Option definition

Eligible Stock Option means one or more non-qualified stock option(s) selected by the Committee in its sole discretion and exercisable under a plan or arrangement of any Employer permitting a Participant under this Plan to defer gain with respect to such option.
Eligible Stock Option means one (1) or more nonqualified stock option(s) under a Company stock option plan that is determined by the Committee to be eligible for gain deferral pursuant to this Plan.
Eligible Stock Option means any Company Stock Option other than (a) a French Stock Option for which a Put-Call Agreement is not in place, as described in Section 1.6(b), and (b) Company Stock Options issued to residents of the United Kingdom and Taiwan that Parent shall not be obligated to assume pursuant to Section 1.6(c).
