Eligible Treatment definition

Eligible Treatment means treatment delivered to Members that is: (1) covered by the Member’s policy; (2) delivered by a provider recognised by us for that treatment; and (3) delivered at a facility recognised by us for that treatment.
Eligible Treatment means treatment provided to Members that is: (1) covered by the Member’s policy; (2) performed by a consultant recognised by us for that treatment; and (3) performed at a facility recognised by us for that treatment or remotely where Remote Consultations are recognised by us under these Remote Terms.
Eligible Treatment means treatment delivered to Members that is: (1) covered by the Member’s policy; (2) delivered by a Therapist recognised by us for that treatment; and (3) delivered at a facility recognised by us for that treatment.

Examples of Eligible Treatment in a sentence

  • You should note that, as referred to above, we will only pay fees for Eligible Treatment.

  • You further agree that we will only pay for treatment which constitutes Eligible Treatment, and which has been carried out by you in accordance with this Agreement.

  • You agree to submit invoices to us within 6 (six) months from date of the Eligible Treatment.

  • You agree to invoice us only for Eligible Treatment, carried out by you in accordance with this Agreement.

  • As part of these audit rights you agree, at no additional cost, to make available to us reasonable evidence of your compliance with the obligations set out in this Agreement, and to allow for and contribute to audits on Eligible Treatment, including physical inspections of your premises, auditing and copying any relevant records, processes and systems, conducted by any member of the Bupa Group, its representatives or regulators.

  • Any invoices submitted after a period of 6 (six) months from the date of the Eligible Treatment will be rejected, in which case you agree not to contact the Member for payment.

  • You further agree that we will only pay for Physiotherapy which constitute Eligible Treatment and which has been carried out by you in accordance with this Contract and you will not be entitled to charge Members directly in circumstances where you have breached this Contract.

  • In return, you agree that you will provide Eligible Treatment in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and that any agreements or arrangements you may have with a Member are subject to the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Eligible Treatment

Eligible Treatment means treatment for which the Relevant Member is entitled to be reimbursed under the Rules . Facility: means the Bupa Recognised Physiotherapy Provider facility(ies) or location(s) set out on Page 1 of this Contract.
Eligible Treatment means a banded course of treatment, excluding a Band 1 course of treatment that consists of urgent treatments delivered as a mandatory service.

Related to Eligible Treatment

  • Day treatment means specialized treatment that is provided to:

  • Substance abuse treatment means outpatient or inpatient services or participation in alcoholics anonymous or a similar program.

  • Active treatment means the implementation of an individualized care plan developed under and supervised by a physician and other qualified mental health professionals that prescribes specific therapies and activities.

  • Thermal treatment means the treatment of hazardous waste in a device which uses elevated temperatures as the primary means to change the chemical, physical, or biological character or composition of the hazardous waste. Examples of thermal treatment processes are incineration, molten salt, pyrolysis, calcination, wet air oxidation, and microwave discharge. (See also “incinerator” and “open burning”.)

  • Eligible teacher means a retired teacher who is a retired member of the Teachers Retirement Association, who was a basic member of the former Minneapolis Teachers Retirement Fund Association, who retired before May 1, 1974, or who had 20 or more years of basic member service in the former Minneapolis Teachers Retirement Fund Association and retired before June 30, 1983, and who is not eligible to receive the hospital insurance benefits of the federal Medicare program of the Social Security Act without payment of a monthly premium. The district must notify eligible teachers that a subsidy is available. To obtain a subsidy, an eligible teacher must submit to the school district a copy of receipts for health insurance premiums paid. The district must disburse the health insurance premium subsidy to each eligible teacher according to a schedule determined by the district, but at least annually. An eligible teacher may receive a subsidy up to an amount equal to the lesser of 90 percent of the cost of the eligible teacher's health insurance or up to 90 percent of the cost of the number two qualified plan of health coverage for individual policies made available by the Minnesota comprehensive health association under chapter 62E.
