Eligible Uses definition

Eligible Uses means those uses eligible to receive Brownfield Remediation Tax Assistance in accordance with the CIP.
Eligible Uses means the activities that may be funded by the Homekey Program Grant. Those activities are listed at Paragraph 4 of this Agreement, and at Health and Safety Code section 50675.1.3, subdivision (a).
Eligible Uses means those uses eligible to receive Brownfield Remediation Tax Assistance in accordance with the CIP. The Brownfield Remediation Tax Assistance provided for in this by-law relates only to the office uses to be developed on the Eligible Property, as described in the Property Tax Incentive Application.
