  • Although YOU may receive Upgrades to the Software as permitted under Maplesoft’s Elite Maintenance Program, the number of users who can concurrently access the Software (whether an Upgrade or Software that has not been Upgraded) cannot exceed the number of users specified in YOUR Order Confirmation.

  • The terms and conditions of the Elite Maintenance Program are further described on Maplesoft’s website at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxx.

  • YOU shall be prohibited from deploying and/or delivering T.A. Content unless YOU are also participating in the Maplesoft’s Elite Maintenance Program and have paid all fees and applicable taxes otherwise then due in respect of thereof.

  • However, YOU shall continue to have the right to develop T.A. Content even if it fails to participant in the Elite Maintenance Program.

  • YOU shall be prohibited from deploying and/or delivering T.A. Content unless YOU are also participating in the Maplesoft’s Elite Maintenance Program and have paid all fees and applicable taxes otherwise then due in respect of that Program.

Related to Elite Maintenance Program

  • Maintenance Program means LESSEE's maintenance program as approved by the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance program as LESSOR may, in its discretion, accept in writing.

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(b) and 5.8 prepared by the design engineer for the stormwater management measures incorporated into the design of a major development.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property;

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.
