Examples of EM Group Company in a sentence

  • The Executive shall obey all lawful and reasonable directions of the Board and at all times keep the Board promptly and fully informed (in writing if so requested) of his conduct of the business or affairs of the Company and any EM Group Company and provide such explanations as the Board may require.

  • This Agreement is in substitution for all previous contracts of employment express or implied between the Company or EM Group Company and the Executive which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent as from the Commencement Date.

  • The Executive shall faithfully and diligently perform those duties of his appointment and exercise such powers consistent with them which are from time to time assigned to or vested in him and shall use his best endeavours to promote the interests of the Employer and any EM Group Company for which he is required to perform duties.

Related to EM Group Company

  • Group Company means any one of them;

  • Group Companies means, collectively, the Company and each of its Subsidiaries.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • Material Group Company means the Issuer or a Subsidiary representing more than 10.00 per cent. of either (i) the total assets of the Group on a consolidated basis (for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any intra-group transactions) or (ii) the EBITDA of the Group on a consolidated basis according to the latest Financial Report.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Target Companies has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Company Group Member means each member of the Company Group.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Company Subsidiary means a Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Acquired Corporations means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Company Entity means each of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • PRC Entities means the PRC Subsidiaries and the Consolidated Affiliated Entities collectively.

  • Buyer Group Member means Buyer and its Affiliates and their respective successors and assigns.

  • PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

  • Group Entity means any of the Company and Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and its Affiliates from time to time;

  • Subject Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
