EMC Servicing Agreement definition

EMC Servicing Agreement. With respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company, the Servicing Agreement dated as of August 1, 2007, between the Depositor and the Company, attached hereto as Exhibit I-2 and as modified by the related Assignment Agreement.

• In the event that the Master Servicer, in its judgment, determines that the Company should be terminated in accordance with the EMC Servicing Agreement, or that a notice should be sent pursuant to the EMC Servicing Agreement with respect to the occurrence of an event that, unless cured, would constitute grounds for such termination, the Master Servicer shall notify the Depositor and the Trustee thereof in writing.
