Emergency medical service personnel definition

Emergency medical service personnel means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-8a-102.
Emergency medical service personnel means first responders, emergency medical service technicians-basic, emergency medical service technicians-intermediate, emergency medical service technicians-paramedic, and persons who provide medical direction to such persons.
Emergency medical service personnel means any emergency medical technician at any level who is certified or licensed by the department of public health and environment. "Emergency medical service personnel" includes a first responder certified by the department of public health and environment or the division of fire safety PREVENTION AND CONTROL in the office of preparedness, security, and fire safety in the department of public safety, in accordance with section 24-33.5-1205 (2) (c), C.R.S.
