Emergency Reserve Fund definition

Emergency Reserve Fund means the City’s cash emergency reserve fund for emergency services and operations and disaster recovery as designated in the then current budget of the City, to be maintained at a minimum of $10,000,000 until funds are expended to cover actual emergency services and recovery expenses during a declared disaster.
