Emergency Reserve Fund definition

Emergency Reserve Fund means the City’s cash emergency reserve fund for emergency services and operations and disaster recovery as designated in the then current budget of the City, to be maintained at a minimum of $10,000,000 until funds are expended to cover actual emergency services and recovery expenses during a declared disaster.

Examples of Emergency Reserve Fund in a sentence

  • All amounts remaining in the Emergency Reserve Fund and the Airport Development Fund at the termination of this Agreement and all other Airport Use Agreements shall be transferred by City into its corporate fund.

  • Reserve Fund means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.
