Empanelled Provider definition

Empanelled Provider means the Hospital, Nursing Home, Day Care Center, or such other medical aid provider, as has been empanelled by the Insurer to provide health care services under Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Yojna. The Provider may be from Government or private sector.
