Employee Leasing Period definition

Employee Leasing Period means the period following the Closing Date during which a Business Employee remains employed by a Seller or an Affiliate of Seller and is leased to Buyer or an Affiliate of Buyer pursuant to the Employee Lease Agreement.

  • Employee Transfer Date means in respect of any particular Transferring Employee the date on which the part of the Services to which they are assigned transfers from the Previous Contractor to the Contractor;

  • Post-Employment Period means the eighteen month period beginning on the date of termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer. If any covenant in this Section 8.2 is held to be unreasonable, arbitrary or against public policy, such covenant shall be considered to be divisible with respect to scope, time, and geographic area, and such lesser scope, time, or geographic area, or all of them as a court of competent jurisdiction may determine to be reasonable, not arbitrary, and not against public policy, shall be effective, binding, and enforceable against the Executive. The period of time applicable to any covenant in this Section 8.2 will be extended by the duration of any violation by the Executive of such covenant. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.

  • Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.

  • Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.

  • Extended benefit period means a period which:

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;

  • Owner-Employee means a Self-Employed Individual who is a partner and owns more than 10% of either the capital or profits interest of the partnership.

  • Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Company Employee Agreement means any management, employment, severance, change in control, transaction bonus, consulting, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other contract between any Group Company and any current or former employee, director or officer of such Group Company.

  • Affected employee means an employee who would be affected by the grant or denial of a variance, or any one of the employee’s authorized representatives, such as the collective bargaining agent.

  • Reemployment Commencement Date means the first day following a One-Year Period of Severance on which an Employee is entitled to be credited with an Hour of Service described in Paragraph (a)(1) of the definition of “Hour of Service” in this Article.

  • Prior Employment Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.

  • income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Former Employee means an individual who has severed employment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer.

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.
