Examples of Employee of the University in a sentence
The accrued seniority of an Employee who is transferred or promoted out of the bargaining unit, but who remains an Employee of the University, shall be retained by that Employee, to the date of such transfer or promotion but will not continue to accumulate.
The University may take disciplinary action for conduct occurring while a Bargaining Unit member is on duty; working under color of employment for the University; or is off-duty representing themselves as an Employee of the University or while engaged in conduct that might affect the ability to perform their duties as Employees.
There will be no objection for any such appointment on the basis that the arbitrator is an Employee of University of Delhi or that he/she has to deal with the matter to which the agreement relates or that in course of his/her duties as Employee of the University of Delhi or that he/she has expressed views on all or any of the matter under dispute.
The University shall maintain one official personnel file in a central location for each Employee of the University.
A committee shall appoint one of its members or another Employee of the University to serve as its secretary (the “Secretary”), to record its proceedings and to maintain a file of all records and documents pertaining to matters submitted to or considered by the committee and to forward all necessary communications to the Vice President.
When a call for a vote is made by the Moderator, each Digitally Registered Member will indicate their vote using the method described by the Moderator.

Any Employee who is promoted or transferred out of the Department of Public Safety but continues as an Employee of the University shall retain his/her earned Departmental seniority for a period equal to his/her seniority at the time of the promotion or transfer or three (3) years, whichever is less, in the event he/she is returned by the University to the Department of Public Safety.
If an Employee of the University is transferred to an Affiliated Organization, such Employee’s participation in the Plan shall continue as if no transfer had taken place, except that the Affiliated Organization shall be responsible for making contributions where required under Section 20.02.
An Employee of the University Libraries whose work schedule regularly requires that they report for work after 1:00 p.m. will be compensated at an annual rate of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per year above the Employee's current rate of pay.
