Employee Stock Option Plans definition

Employee Stock Option Plans means the PropertyGuru Group Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2016, the PropertyGuru Group Limited Restricted Stock Units Plan, the PropertyGuru Group Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2018, the PropertyGuru Group Limited Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan and the PropertyGuru Group Limited Non-Executive Directors Share Plan;
Employee Stock Option Plans means the Amended and Restated Employee Stock
Employee Stock Option Plans means the plans offered by the Parent to its employees, officers, directors and consultants pursuant to which such employees, officers, directors and consultants have the option to purchase Capital Securities of the Parent, all as described in Annex I to the Sixth Amendment.
