Employee Stock Ownership Suspense Account definition

Employee Stock Ownership Suspense Account means the temporary account in which the Trustee may maintain any Employee Stock Ownership Contribution that is made prior to the last day of the Plan Year for which it is made, as described in Section 5.2.

  • Stock Ownership means any direct or indirect ownership of Stock, including any ownership by virtue of application of constructive ownership rules, with such direct, indirect, and constructive ownership determined under the provisions of Section 382 of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Employer Account The Participant's Matching 401(k) Contributions Account, Matching Thrift Contributions Account, Employer Contributions Account, Qualified Matching Contributions Account and Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account, as the case may be.

  • Employer Contribution means the amount paid by an employer, as determined by the employer rate, including the normal and deficiency rates, contributions, and funds wherever used in this chapter.
