The Employer Common Stock Fund shall consist of stock of the Company and cash or cash equivalents needed to meet obligations of such fund or for the purchase of stock of the Company.
In addition to the Employer Common Stock Fund, all or any portion of the remaining Trust Fund may consist of Shares.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Plan Administrator offers Employer Common Stock as an investment option in the Plan, the Plan Administrator shall segregate such Employer Common Stock and shall hold such Employer Common Stock in a rabbi trust established for such purpose.
Accordingly, there are no restrictions on the rights of a Participant, Former Participant or Beneficiary to diversify any amounts credited to his or Account within the Employer Common Stock Fund.
