In the event that any state or federal law or regulation enacted after the date the Enabling Ordinance was adopted by City Council prevents or precludes compliance with any provision of this Agreement, such provision shall be deemed modified or suspended to comply with such state or federal law or regulation, as reasonably determined necessary by City.
This Agreement shall become operative on the date the Enabling Ordinance becomes effective pursuant to Government Code Section 36937.
