Encounter Pharmacy Data means encounter claims data for pharmaceutical services delivered by organizations authorized to provide pharmaceutical prescription services under OAR 410-121-0021 and billed through the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) standard format utilizing the National Drug Code (NDC) and following the billing requirements in OAR 410-121-0150.

Examples of Encounter Pharmacy Data in a sentence

  • Encounter Pharmacy Data on this notification is referred to as “Pharmacy Data Requiring Correction.” OHA will not necessarily notify Contractor of report errors.

  • Notification of all Encounter Pharmacy Data that must be corrected will be provided to Contractor each week.

  • Pharmacy technician or “technician” means a person who is employed in Iowa by a licensed pharmacy under the responsibility of an Iowa-licensed pharmacist to assist in the technical functions of the practice of pharmacy, and who is registered pursuant to 657—Chapter 3, and includes a certified pharmacy technician, a pharmacy technician trainee, and an uncertified pharmacy technician.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating phar- macy, that provides centralized prescription filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Screening Test Technician (STT) means anyone who instructs and assists individuals in the alcohol testing process and operates an ASD.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Contract Data means any information provided in the tender document and agreed to by the Bidder.
