End of Lease Date definition

End of Lease Date means the date that the Term of the Lease expires, terminates or is cancelled;
End of Lease Date means the date that the Term of the Lease expires or terminates;

Examples of End of Lease Date in a sentence

  • If Customer fails to give its End of Lease Notice at least 30 days but no more than 180 days prior to the End of Lease Date then the Lease Term will automatically continue on a month to month basis.

  • If Customer does not pay IBM all such amounts on or prior to the applicable End of Lease Date, then Customer shall continue to pay IBM the Average Rent until receipt by IBM of all such amounts.

  • If Customer does not pay IGF all such amounts on or prior to the applicable End of Lease Date, then Customer shall continue to pay IGF the Average Rent until receipt by IGF of all such amounts.

  • Such Lease will continue under the same terms and conditions and at the then applicable Average Rent (but for Equipment with a FMV Purchase Option, not less than the fair market rental value as of the End of Lease Date as determined by IBM) until the later of the date that is 30 days after the End of Lease Notice has been received by IBM and the date on which Customer has satisfied all the conditions of such selected end of lease option as described herein.

  • Such Lease will continue under the same terms and conditions and at the then applicable Average Rent (but for Equipment with a FMV Purchase Option, not less than the fair market rental value as of the End of Lease Date as determined by IGF) until the later of the date that is 30 days after the End of Lease Notice has been received by IGF and the date on which Customer has satisfied all the conditions of such selected end of lease option as described herein.

  • At the end of each Term of the Lease, Lessee may elect to return Equipment on the applicable End of Lease Date under the terms and conditions described in this Section 15 and Section 16.

  • If Lessee does not pay Lessor all such amounts on or prior to the applicable End of Lease Date, then Lessee shall continue to pay Rent to Lessor in accordance with Section 15.1 until receipt by Lessor of all the amounts due.

  • In the event Lessee provides its End of Lease Notice in accordance with Section 15.1 selecting this option but fails to return the Equipment on or prior to the applicable End of Lease Date or if Lessee returns the Equipment on or after the End of Lease Date without providing such End of Lease Notice, then Lessee shall continue to pay Rent to Lessor in accordance with Section 15.1 until thirty (30) days following the date on which the Equipment is received by Lessor in accordance with Section 16.

  • If Customer does not pay IBM all such amounts on or prior to the applicable End of Lease Date, then Customer shall continue to pay IBM the Average Lease Payment until receipt by IBM of all such amounts.

Related to End of Lease Date

  • Lease Date means the later date upon which this Lease is signed by Landlord and Tenant.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of REMIC I, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of REMIC I, if REMIC I has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

  • Site Lease or “Lease” means the Site Lease of even date herewith, by and between the District and the Lessor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment thereto under which the District leases the Site to the Lessor.

  • Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;

  • Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Assignment of Lease means the Assignment of Lease to be executed by the Seller and the Purchaser at the Closing with respect to each parcel of Leased Real Property listed on Section 3.14(b) of the Disclosure Schedule, substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.01(b).

  • Memorandum of Lease means a memorandum of this Lease, in recordable form, setting forth the following provisions of this Lease: (a) all information any Law requires;

  • Premises Building Total Destruction means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.

  • Superior Lease means the document which sets out the obligations your Landlord has made to their Superior Landlord. The promises contained in this Superior Lease will bind the Tenant if they have prior knowledge of those promises.

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • the Lease means the lease of the said land to be granted by the Lessor to the Lessee pursuant to clause 2.1;

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

  • Utility easement means a right held by a facility operator to install, maintain, and access an underground facility or pipeline.

  • Master Leases means the PropCo Master Leases and each other Material Master Lease.

  • Financeable Ground Lease means, a ground lease reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders, which must provide customary protections for a potential leasehold mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) such as (i) a remaining term, including any optional extension terms exercisable unilaterally by the tenant, of no less than 25 years, (ii) a provision that the ground lease will not be terminated until the Mortgagee has received notice of a default, has had a reasonable opportunity to cure and has failed to do so, (iii) provision for a new lease to the Mortgagee as tenant on the same terms if the ground lease is terminated for any reason, (iv) transferability of the tenant’s interest under the ground lease by the Mortgagee without any requirement for consent of the ground lessor unless based on delivery of customary assignment and assumption agreements from the transferor and transferee, (v) the ability of the tenant to mortgage tenant’s interest under the ground lease without any requirement for consent of the ground lessor and (vi) provisions that the tenant under the ground lease (or the leasehold mortgagee) has customary protections with respect to the application of insurance proceeds or condemnation awards attributable to the tenant’s interest under the ground lease and related improvements.

  • Ground Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Master Lease means that certain [Master Lease title], relating to the leasing of, inter alia, the Healthcare Facility by Borrower to Master Tenant.

  • Existing Lease shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 10.7.

  • Assignment of Leases With respect to any Mortgaged Property, any assignment of leases, rents and profits or similar agreement executed by the Mortgagor, assigning to the mortgagee all of the income, rents and profits derived from the ownership, operation, leasing or disposition of all or a portion of such Mortgaged Property, in the form which was duly executed, acknowledged and delivered, as amended, modified, renewed or extended through the date hereof and from time to time hereafter.

  • Premises Total Destruction means damage or destruction to the Premises, other than Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, the repair cost of which damage or destruction is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Premises (excluding Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures) immediately prior to such damage or destruction. In addition, damage or destruction to the Building, other than Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures of any lessees of the Building, the cost of which damage or destruction is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost (excluding Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures of any lessees of the Building) of the Building shall, at the option of Lessor, be deemed to be Premises Total Destruction.

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.
