End User Receptor definition

End User Receptor has the meaning set out in Schedule 5.
End User Receptor shall for this purpose mean any person or point to which Licensee-derived Information is imparted so that the Information may be perceived or processed otherwise than for the sole purpose of re-disseminating the Information and shall include, without limitation:

  • Antibody means a molecule or a gene encoding such a molecule comprising or containing one or more immunoglobulin variable domains or parts of such domains or any existing or future fragments, variants, modifications or derivatives thereof.

  • Antigen means a substance recognized by the body as being foreign; it results in the production of specific antibodies directed against it.

  • Image receptor means any device, such as a fluorescent screen or radiographic film, which transforms incident X-ray photons either into a visible image or into another form which can be made into a visible image by further transformations.

  • Receptor means enclosed spaces, conduits, protected groundwater sources, drinking and non-drinking water wells, surface water bodies, and public water systems which when impacted by chemicals of concern may result in exposure to humans and aquatic life, explosive conditions or other adverse effects on health, safety and the environment as specified in these rules.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
