Ending Average Market Value definition

Ending Average Market Value means the Average Market Value for the last ninety (90) days of the Performance Period.
Ending Average Market Value means, with respect to the Company, or a company in the Company’s Peer Group, the average Stock Price for each of the trading days in the 30-calendar day period ending on and including the last day of the Performance Period.
Ending Average Market Value means the Average Market Value based on the trading days in the last ninety (90) days of the Performance Period.

Ending Average Market Value means the Average Market Value as of December 31, 2020; provided, that, in the event a Change in Control occurs during the Performance Period, “Ending Average Market Value” means the Average Market Value as of the Change in Control Determination Date.
Ending Average Market Value means the Average Market Value for the last ninety (90) days of the Performance Period. “Performance Period” means the period beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2022.
Ending Average Market Value means the Average Market Value as of the last day of the TSR Period; provided, that, for clarity, in the event a Change in Control occurs during the TSR Period, “Ending Average Market Value” means the Average Market Value as of the Change in Control Determination Date.
Ending Average Market Value means the Average Market Value based on the last twenty (20) trading days of the Performance Period; provided, that, if a Change in Control occurs prior to the end of the Performance Period, “Ending Average Market Value” shall mean the Average Market Value based on the twenty (20) trading days ending on the last trading day prior to date of the Change in Control.
