Energy Credit definition

Energy Credit has the meaning specified in Section 6.05 hereof. “Energy Credit Multiplier” means nine-tenths (0.9).
Energy Credit means the amount BL&P will credit the Customer Generator’s account for the kWh delivered to the Grid, as determined in accordance with the Renewable Energy Rider.
Energy Credit means the monthly Energy Credit generated by the Project. The monthly Energy Credit will be based on actual generation. The Project’s solar production will be metered and a portion of the production during each billing cycle will be allocated to Participant’s monthly Electric Bill based on the number of Solar Units Participant has purchased. Each Solar Unit is expected to produce an average of 16 kWh of electricity on an annual basis (more in the summer and less in the winter). The total amount of credit applied to Participant’s bill will be based upon the number of Solar Units purchased and the actual energy production (kilowatt-hours, or kWh) during each billing cycle, multiplied by Clallam PUD’s then-applicable retail electrical rate. Only whole number kWh will be allocated to Participant’s monthly Electric Bill, and any fractional portion of kWh generation will be added to the generation for each subsequent billing cycle until the accumulated fractional portions equal a whole number kWh. The Energy Credit is in the nature of ageneration credit” in that it is directly related to the amount of renewable energy actually generated by the Project. On an annual basis, Energy Credits not allocated via the estimated monthly bill credit will be applied to the Account. SAMPLE
