Energy Metering Equipment definition

Energy Metering Equipment means, for each Generating Unit, the meters and measuring equipment recognized by the CAISO at the Energy Delivery Point for such Generating Unit, and which provides the Delivered Energy delivered by such Generating Unit to the Energy Delivery Point.
Energy Metering Equipment means, for the Project, a CAISO approved revenue quality meter or meters, CAISO-approved data processing gateway or remote intelligence gateway, telemetering equipment and data acquisition services sufficient for monitoring, recording and reporting, in real time, all electric energy discharged by the Storage Unit(s) and used to charge the Storage Unit(s), excluding Station Use.
Energy Metering Equipment has the meaning given to the phrase "Metering Equipment" in the Pooling and Settlement Agreement.
