Energy Painshare definition

Energy Painshare means the amount calculated in accordance with Section 5.3 of this Appendix;
Energy Painshare has the meaning set out in Appendix 8C [Energy];
Energy Painshare means the payment from Project Co to the Authority in the amount calculated in accordance with Section 4.3 of Appendix 2C [Energy];

Examples of Energy Painshare in a sentence

  • Within 30 days after delivery of an invoice in accordance with this Section 4.3 [Calculation and Invoicing], the Authority will pay to Project Co any undisputed Energy Gainshare and Project Co will pay to the Authority any undisputed Energy Painshare, as applicable.

  • Within 30 Business Days of the delivery of such calculation, Project Co will pay the Energy Painshare (if any) to the Authority and the Authority will pay the Energy Gainshare (if any) to Project Co.

  • The Authority will pay Project Co the applicable Energy Gainshare, and Project Co will pay the Authority the applicable Energy Painshare, within 30 days after the invoice submitted under Section 5.4 of Appendix 8C [Energy].

  • Energy Payment The amount that Company will pay Seller for electric energy delivered to Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on a monthly basis as set forth in Attachment J (Company Payments for Energy, Dispatchability and Availability of XXXX) to this Agreement.

  • Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Energy project means the installation or modification of an energy efficiency improvement or the acquisition, installation, or improvement of a renewable energy system.

  • energy storage means, in the electricity system, deferring the final use of electricity to a moment later than when it was generated, or the conversion of electrical energy into a form of energy which can be stored, the storing of such energy, and the subsequent reconversion of such energy into electrical energy or use as another energy carrier;

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Nominated Energy Efficiency Value means the amount of load reduction that an Energy Efficiency Resource commits to provide through installation of more efficient devices or equipment or implementation of more efficient processes or systems.

  • Energy storage system means a system which stores energy and releases it in the same form as was input.

  • Natural Resource or “Natural Resources” shall mean land, fish, wildlife, biota, air, water, ground water, drinking water supplies, and other such resources, belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by the United States or the State.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Energy Resource means a Generating Facility that is not a Capacity Resource.
