Energy Use Factors definition

Energy Use Factors means factors identified by ENGIE Services U.S. which may affect the Baselines or energy use for the Facilities, including but not limited to: hours and levels of occupancy; adjustments in labor force; building use and operational procedures; temperature, humidification, and ventilation levels; installed lighting and scheduled use; building construction and size; general level of repair and efficiency of heating and air conditioning equipment and other energy-using equipment; and amount of heating and air conditioning and other energy-using equipment.
Energy Use Factors means factors identified by Chevron Energy Solutions which may affect the Baselines or energy use for the Facilities, including but not limited to: hours and levels of occupancy; adjustments in labor force; building use and operational procedures; temperature, humidification, and ventilation levels; installed lighting and scheduled use; building construction and size; general level of repair and efficiency of heating and air conditioning equipment and other energy-using equipment; and amount of heating and air conditioning and other energy-using equipment.

Examples of Energy Use Factors in a sentence

  • Manhattan Beach USD will further cooperate with Chevron Energy Solutions’ performance of the M&V Services by providing utility information, changes in Energy Use Factors, and/or additional information as reasonably requested by Chevron Energy Solutions.

  • EC Savings for any Measurement Period will be equal to the sum, for such Measurement Period, of (i) the Energy Use Savings, plus (ii) the Stipulated Non-Energy Savings, in each case as adjusted for changes in Energy Use Factors during such Measurement Period.

  • If Manhattan Beach USD fails to notify Chevron Energy Solutions of changes in Energy Use Factors or fails to supply Chevron Energy Solutions in a timely manner with information that is requested by Chevron Energy Solutions for the calculation of EC Savings, the Energy Unit Savings for the relevant Measurement Period will be deemed equal to the corresponding Projected Energy Savings for such period.

  • In consideration of the payment of the Annual M&V Fee, and upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, Chevron Energy Solutions warrants that Manhattan Beach USD will realize total EC Savings during the Energy Savings Term of not less than the total Guaranteed Savings (the “Savings Guarantee”), as the same may be adjusted from time to time for changes in Energy Rate Factors, Energy Use Factors and consequential revisions to the relevant Baseline.

Related to Energy Use Factors

  • Technique factors means the following conditions of operation:

  • Performance Factors means any of the factors selected by the Committee and specified in an Award Agreement, from among the following objective measures, either individually, alternatively or in any combination, applied to the Company as a whole or any business unit or Subsidiary, either individually, alternatively, or in any combination, on a GAAP or non-GAAP basis, and measured, to the extent applicable on an absolute basis or relative to a pre-established target, to determine whether the performance goals established by the Committee with respect to applicable Awards have been satisfied:

  • Energy Use Intensity (EUI means the kBTUs (1,000 British Thermal Units) used per square foot of gross floor area.

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place”, “stay at home”, workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure or sequester order, guideline, recommendation or Law, or any other applicable Laws, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Entity in connection with or in response to COVID-19.

  • Qualifying Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) means either (i) standard gas or electric EEMs (i.e., measures found on any of the Standard Initiative applications); or (ii) measures eligible under the Custom Initiative approved by Ameren Illinois; or (iii) measures found in the Streetlighting or Retro-commissioning Initiative as identified in official program materials found on the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency website. The following technologies are not Qualifying EEMs: (i) technologies that do not demonstrate measurable and verifiable energy savings, including power conditioning; (ii) technologies that displace electrical energy use or natural gas to another fuel (i.e. fuel switching); or (iii) renewable energy projects (solar, wind power, etc.). Eligible gas measures do not include propane or butane measures.

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Multiplier means the Multiplier specified in the Table.

  • Rating Category means one of the generic rating categories of any Rating Agency without regard to any refinement or gradation of such rating by a numerical modifier or otherwise.
