Engagement Matrix definition

Engagement Matrix means the tool used by Provincial Agencies and TRTFN Departments to determine an appropriate Engagement Level under the Engagement Model as set out in Appendix B;
Engagement Matrix means that part of the Engagement Framework which applies to an engagement on a type of decision or activity when an Engagement Level is not specified in a Predetermined Engagement Level Table and which involves the process of determining an Engagement Level based on a proposed decision or activity’s significance of bio-physical impact and the significance of area in accordance with section 4 of the Engagement Framework;

Examples of Engagement Matrix in a sentence

  • Where Proposed Activities are not spatially referenced to a discrete location within the SDM Area, the Engagement Level is based only on the Activity Type and the Engagement Matrix does not apply.

  • Engagement Letter means that certain Engagement Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Arrangers.

  • Consulting Agreement means any written or oral agreement to retain the services, for a fee, of a consultant for the purposes of (A) providing counsel to a contractor, vendor, consultant or other entity seeking to conduct, or conducting, business with the State, (B) contracting, whether in writing or orally, any executive, judicial, or administrative office of the State, including any department, institution, bureau, board, commission, authority, official or employee for the purpose of solicitation, dispute resolution, introduction or requests for information or (C) any other similar activity related to such contracts.

  • Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Service Provider means an Employee, Director or Consultant.

  • Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.
