Enrolled Party means a Person that has satisfied the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 4.2.1 of this Attachment K and completed the process set forth in Section
Enrolled Party means a Person that has satisfied the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 4.2.1 of this Attachment K and completed the process set forth in Section 4.2.2 of this Attachment K to become enrolled in NorthernGrid. “Enrolled Parties” is a collective reference to each Enrolled Party.

  • Licensed person means an individual who is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice a professional service by a court, department, board, commission, or an agency of this state or another jurisdiction, any corporation or professional services corporation all of whose shareholders are licensed persons, any partnership all of whose partners are licensed persons, or any limited liability company all of whose members and managers are licensed persons.

  • Pre-Licensed Psychologist means an individual who has obtained a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and is registered with the Board of Psychology as a registered Psychology Intern or Psychological Assistant, acquiring hours for licensing and waivered in accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code section 575.2. The waiver may not exceed five (5) years.

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.

  • Terminated Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but whose employment has been terminated other than by death, Total and Permanent Disability or retirement.
