Enterprise User definition

Enterprise User means a user of the App who connects to a non‐public, authorized SL2 server. Your use shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to the terms and conditions established by the party that has been granted a license to host or operate through an authorized SL2 server. Additional terms and conditions may apply to Enterprise Users as stated in the applicable Enterprise Agreements. You must check directly with the party granted a license for hosting, operating, and/or administrating the authorized private SL2 server with which You intend to connect for Your service to ensure You have received notice of and abide by any applicable terms and conditions. Any maintenance or support services with respect to the App as required by applicable law will be solely the responsibility of the party as designated in the terms and conditions provided by the authorized hosting party or in accordance with any applicable Enterprise Agreement.
Enterprise User means any organisation or legal entity whose employees or otherwise designated or co- opted persons interact with or use Engage, whether as part of the free trial period at no costs to the Enterprise User or as part of a subscription to use Engage at the prescribed subscription fee;
Enterprise User means a User who connects to the XX0 Xxxxxx authorized for use by You under the terms of this Agreement and any Enterprise Agreement. Each Enterprise User’s use shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the CellTrust SL2 App ULA and to the terms and conditions established by You that shall be no less restrictive than this Agreement and any Enterprise Agreement. Each Enterprise User must check directly with You to ensure such Enterprise User has received notice of and abides by any applicable terms and conditions. You are solely responsible to ensure each Enterprise User receives any notice required by any applicable law, regulation, rule, or guideline including without limitation in regards to privacy, audits, or the recording of communications.

More Definitions of Enterprise User

Enterprise User means a user that may use any Genesys software made available based on an Enterprise License agreement ("ELA").

Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
