Licensed Users. Provider shall provide a username and password for each licensed user of the Products, if applicable. “Licensed Users” or “Board Users” may be specified by the Provider but usually means those schools, classrooms, administrators, teachers, students, or parents/legal guardians licensed to access the Products. The number of Licenses provided shall be unlimited and shall be in effect through the Term or any Renewal Term, unless specifically stated otherwise by Provider and accepted by CPS in an addendum signed by the authorized representative of the Board and with the written approval of the Board’s General Counsel. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a Licensed User may continue to use the License throughout the Term or any Renewal Term of this Agreement, regardless of any transfer to any other CPS school during that Term.
Licensed Users. The License Key identifies the number of licensed users authorized to be concurrently using the Licensed Software. • Limited Access User Rights, if specified on the License Key, carry certain limitations and restrictions. Users logging in under Limited Access User Rights are allowed no more than 30 minutes of continuous operation, must be casual, occasional, transient users, may direct output only to a local (non-network) printer, and may not have access to Application Design, System Administration, or Database Management utilities.

Unless specifically stated in the Contract, there is no set maximum or minimum number of Board Users who will be able to access the Software. The number of Licenses provided shall be unlimited and shall be in effect through the Term or any Renewal Term, unless specifically stated otherwise in this Contract. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a Licensed User may continue to use the License throughout the Term or any Renewal Term of this Contract, regardless of any transfer to any other CPS school during that Term.
Licensed Users. Except as expressly provided herein, you may not permit any third party to have access to or otherwise use the Software. Licensed users are your employees, authorized agents, representatives, subcontractors, and consultants acting on your behalf and for your internal business use. You are responsible and fully liable for compliance with and breach of this XXXX by your licensed users.
Licensed Users. A “Licensed User” is an employee or other designee of the Customer’s organization, whom the Administrator has authorized during a Subscription Term to have access to the Service, subject to the Customer’s security settings and other applicable terms and conditions.

Licensed Users. 1. The imagery may be used by the U.S. Government (including, all branches, departments, agencies, and offices).
Licensed Users. Customer shall purchase a specified number of Licensed User license authorizations, each to be used by only one individual and not shared with others. Each Licensed User authorization will be available for assignment through the term of the Services subscription until assigned to an individual. A Licensed User authorization is deemed assigned once the Services are started by an individual and thereafter unavailable for use by any other individual for the applicable annual Services subscription period; all Licensed User license authorization shall reset and again be available for (re)assignment upon each annual subscription renewal. Customer is responsible for identifying and validating all Licensed Users and for approving access by such users to the Services.
Licensed Users. All enrolled students and employees (faculty and academic staff) of the Licensee who are authorized by Licensee to use the Programs for Academic Internal Operations in accordance with the Agreement, as revised from time to time, and to the extent permitted by the Academic License Option acquired. As used herein, "employees" excludes subcontractors and consultants of the Licensee.
Licensed Users. You may use the Software and Service for a period of up to 30 days from the Date of Registration of your Account without any charges invoiced either in advance or retrospectively by Assured. The licence granted to you permits you to register any number of Users within your Account who may use the Service and Software from the Date of Registration until termination of this Agreement. You will be in breach of this Agreement if any person other than a registered User uses the Software. After 30 calendar days of Use, You must either cease to access the Service, in which case this Agreement terminates, or your use will be chargeable as a production account based on the Software Package selected during registration. Costs will accrue from the thirtieth (30th) calendar day after the Date of Registration.
