Entitlement Reports definition

Entitlement Reports means monthly report(s) that Affiliate shall be required to furnish to Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative), as per formats set out in Annexure I attached to this Agreement, and also such other data/information which shall be required by Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) from time to time, so as to enable Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) to evaluate if all terms and conditions of the Affiliate’s chosen Incentive Plan has been met by Affiliate.
Entitlement Reports means monthly reports for each of the Relevant Target Markets in Affiliate’s Territory (for each Earmarked Channel for such Relevant Target Markets, as applicable) that Affiliate shall be required to furnish to Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative), as per formats set out in Annexure-I attached to the Agreement.
Entitlement Reports means monthly report(s) that Affiliate shall be required to furnish to Broadcaster, as per formats set out in Annexure G(1) attached to this Agreement, and also such other data/information which shall be required by Broadcaster from time to time, so as to enable Broadcaster to evaluate if all terms and conditions of Affiliate’s chosen Incentive Plan has been met by Affiliate.

Examples of Entitlement Reports in a sentence

  • During Audit, Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) shall be entitled to access the records, SMS, CAS and related systems of the Affiliate’s Permitted Digital Distribution Platform in order to determine the correctness of the Entitlement Reports submitted by Affiliate in terms of this Agreement.

  • In the event the Affiliate has chosen to obtain incentives in terms of any of the Incentive Plan(s), then the Affiliate represents that the Affiliate shall also provide the Entitlement Reports for such month of the Term within such timeline as is set forth in the Agreement.

  • Review the various packages programmed in the Systems with respect to the Subscriber Reports and Entitlement Reports submitted to Authorized Representative.

  • In the event Affiliate has chosen to obtain incentives in terms of any of the Incentive Plan(s), then Affiliate represents that Affiliate shall also provide the Entitlement Reports for such month of the Term within such timeline as is set forth in the Agreement.

  • During Audit, Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) shall be entitled to access the records, SMS, CAS and related systems of Affiliate’s Permitted Digital Distribution Platform in order to determine the correctness of the Entitlement Reports submitted by Affiliate in terms of this Agreement.

  • Subject to Affiliate: (i) mandatorily complying in full with the respective compliances set forth for the chosen Incentive Plan(s); and (ii) furnishing Entitlement Reports to Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) by sending the same at Subscriber.Reports@indiacast.com; Affiliate shall be entitled to receive applicable incentive(s) under the chosen Incentive Plan(s)..

  • For the sake of clarity, if such amount (including the computed interest component) exceeds the amount computed basis Subscriber Report provided by Affiliate to Broadcaster by two percent (2%) or more, and/or if it is determined that Affiliate has fraudulently obtained incentive by furnishing incorrect Entitlement Report(s), then Affiliate shall additionally bear the audit expenses, and take necessary actions to avoid occurrence of such errors in the future.

  • I favor clarity in statutes, and your proposal of a clear list of actions that constitute a “direct contest” certainly is an improvement over the current situation.

  • Subject to DPO: (i) mandatorily complying in full with the respective compliances set forth for the chosen Incentive Plan(s); and (ii) furnishing Entitlement Reports to Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) by sending the same at the concern person’s E-mail Id as mentioned herein above to this Agreement, the DPO shall be entitled to receive incentive(s) under the chosen Incentive Plan(s)..

More Definitions of Entitlement Reports

Entitlement Reports means reports generated by Multex as specifically described in the RBR Entitlement Reports Specification attached hereto as Annex 1.

Related to Entitlement Reports

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in 14 RCW 42.17.080(2).

  • Subscriber Reports means the monthly Subscriber reports to be provided by Affiliate to the Authorized Representative in terms of Clause 11 of this Agreement.

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.
