Target Markets. American Surveillance targets commercial sized companies and government organizations within the southern part of Texas and its surrounding areas. These contracts are serviced by field supervision which is conducted by patrol field supervisors that monitor all security service locations seven days a week, including holidays, in a fully marked patrol unit. These contracts are also serviced by remote video monitoring provided by highly trained dispatchers which use audio and video systems to provide remote verification of any alarm incident and motion sensors. These high performance cameras enable our team to remotely and cost effectively monitor client job sites. Account management is also used to service contracts. It is our policy to visit with clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction. An American Surveillance manager is assigned to the site specific client to visit with risk and safety site managers to ascertain security officer performance.

Target Markets. The Wave House and FlowRider appeal to a wide demographic by nature because it’s all about having fun and who doesn’t want to have fun? The FlowRider machines have proven to appeal to two distinctive groups when it comes to actual participation. The first group is children under 18 who are enthralled with bogey boarding on the machines. FlowRiders around the country and on cruise ships are swamped with kids who just want to bogey board and rarely try stand up surfing. Stand up surfing in general is usually an activity that kids don’t pick up until they are 16 or older. The second major target demographic is 18-34 year old males who dominate the stand up surfing scene. These individuals are action sports enthusiast and may also participate in activities such as wakeboarding, snowboarding and skateboarding. While the kids who are bogey boarding are just doing it for fun the 18-34 year old crowd is trying to perfect their skills and possibly enter competitions. Children under 18 Bogey Board 18 - 35 Males Stand-Up Surfing Families Watching, dining at restaurant The pie chart below depicts the percentage of visitors to the Myrtle Beach area by age. Unfortunately the chart does not account for visitors under 18 but we are able to see that 17% of visitors to the area are between 18 and 34 and are candidates for stand up surfing participation at the Wave House. As you will see in a chart further down 56% of travel parties types are families thus it is safe to say there is a huge number of children under 18 traveling to Myrtle Beach each year. The chart below shows each target demographic with children under 18 being included in the family demographic since the only way they would come to the Wave House would be with their vacationing family. By using the available visitors statistics we were able to calculate a potential market size of 9.8 million. Families 56% 8,512,000 Males 18-34 8.5% 1,292,000 Another important chart to look at is the average household income of Myrtle Beach visitors. Amazingly the largest segment of visitors to the Grand Strand are those with a household income of $100,000 plus. According to the Myrtle Beach Chamber Statistical Abstract the typical leisure traveler spends $115 per person per day. This indicates that Myrtle Beach has a big segment of affluent family visitors who would be interested in a new attraction like the Wave House.
