ENTRY DATES definition

ENTRY DATES. Means the first day of the Plan Year and the first day of the seventh month of the Plan Year, unless the Employer has specified different dates in the Adoption Agreement.

  • Entry Date means the Effective Date of the Plan and each January 1 and July 1 of each Plan Year after the Effective Date.

  • Final Order Entry Date means the date on which the Final Order is entered by the Bankruptcy Court.
