Settlement Payments definition

Settlement Payments means the payments from the Net Settlement Fund to be made to Settlement Class Members with Approved Claims according to the plan of allocation attached as Exhibit E (the “Plan of Allocation”).
Settlement Payments means any payment to be made to Settlement Class Members who have filed Approved Claims.
