EOI NAV definition

EOI NAV means, for any period, the amount of EOI Total Shareholders’ Equity as at the last day of such period. For the purpose of this definition, “EOI Total Shareholders’ Equity” for any period means the total stockholders’ equity of EOI (after, without duplication, deducting therefrom any amount attributable to: (a) any treasury shares; and (b) any non-controlling interest) as determined by the Adjusted EOI Financial Statements as at the last day of such period.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • FS means “Finansiel Stabilitet” and any successor or replacement thereto, or other resolution authority with the ability to exercise any Danish Statutory Loss Absorption Powers in relation to the Issuer, in any case as determined by the Issuer;

  • Alloy means a metal consisting of a mixture of a basic metallic element and one or more metallic, or non-metallic, alloying elements.

  • FP means Farm Programs.

  • COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions or mutations thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.

  • Imbalance Energy means the amount of energy in MWh, in any given Settlement Period or Settlement Interval, by which the amount of Facility Energy deviates from the amount of Scheduled Energy.

  • ESMP means an environmental and social management plan (including any pest management plan), acceptable to the Association and consistent with the ESMF, adopted for the purposes of a Micro-project, and giving details of the magnitude of the environmental impacts, as well as the specific actions, measures and policies designed to facilitate the achievement of the objective of the ESMF under the Micro-project, including the budget and cost estimates, and sources of funding, along with the institutional and procedural measures needed to implement such actions, measures and policies, as such ESMP may be amended form time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.

  • MB means megabyte, which is equal to 1024 kilobytes or 1,048,576 bytes of digital information.

  • TDSAT means Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.

  • T&C means a term, condition, restriction or requirement imposed by a securities regulatory authority or regulator on the registration of a firm or an individual.

  • IR means Indian Railways.

  • SDS means safety data sheets;
