EPS Payout Percentage definition

EPS Payout Percentage means the EPS Payout Percentage that corresponds to the Average EPS specified below:
EPS Payout Percentage means the percentage multiplier as determined in the table below: As shown in the table above, if 2020 Non-GAAP EPS falls at or between 80% and 100% of the 2020 Non-GAAP EPS Target, EPS Payout Percentage will be calculated based upon a linear interpolation using the table above. The calculation of 2020 Non-GAAP EPS as % of 2020 Non-GAAP EPS Target will round down to the nearest 0.1%.
EPS Payout Percentage means the percentage multiplier as determined in the table below: As shown in the table above, if [YEAR] Non-GAAP EPS falls at or between 90% and 110% of the [YEAR] Non-GAAP EPS Target, EPS Payout Percentage will be calculated based upon a linear interpolation using the table above. “[YEAR] Non-GAAP EPS” means the Company’s reported [YEAR] Non-GAAP earnings per share as reported in its earnings releases. “[YEAR] Non-GAAP EPS Target” means [TO FILL IN AT TIME OF GRANT].

Examples of EPS Payout Percentage in a sentence

  • Each of the Revenue Payout Percentage and EPS Payout Percentage shall not be below 0% and shall not exceed 200%, and the Revenue Payout Percentage and EPS Payout Percentage for performance between the levels set forth in the table above shall be determined by straight-line interpolation between such levels.

  • If Aggregate Adjusted EPS is achieved at Threshold or below, the Aggregate Adjusted EPS Payout Percentage shall be zero percent (0%).

  • Determine the Aggregate Adjusted EPS Payout Percentage achieved for the Performance Period from the chart below that correlates to the Aggregate Adjusted EPS actually achieved.
