Equipment Facility definition

Equipment Facility means any structure used to house electronic equipment, cooling systems and back-up power systems associated with a WCF, including shelters, enclosures, cabinets and other similar structures.

Equipment Facility means the facility under which Borrower may request Bank to issue cash advances, as specified in Section 2.1.1 hereof.

Equipment Facility shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.01 hereof.
