Equipment Terms definition

Equipment Terms means the document that describes the additional terms and conditions that are specific to the supply and purchase of Equipment under a Supply Contract, set out at Schedule 3 (Equipment Terms).

  • This Agreement shall be effective as of the date on which it has been executed by Compute North and Customer (the “Effective Date”) and, unless otherwise terminated, shall continue until all Equipment Terms for all Equipment under each Order Form have expired or terminated.

  • By signing below I agree to all the Rental Equipment Terms and Conditions as stated above.

  • Seller acknowledges and agrees that it has read and understands these Machinery and Equipment Terms and Conditions.

Related to Equipment Terms

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
