Equity Program definition

Equity Program means any offering or issuance of capital stock or other equity interests (other than any preferred stock described in clause (k) of the definition of “Indebtedness”) by the Parent in a public offering (other than a public offering pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-8) pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Equity Program means a bridging program that assists persons who are under-represented in the apprenticeship and trades qualifications sys- tem to prepare and qualify for apprenticeship training or a youth apprenticeship program;
Equity Program means the cannabis equity program created by this chapter.

Examples of Equity Program in a sentence

  • A completed UP is required to be submitted electronically for the Subcontractor Equity Program.

  • A Contractor’s failure to comply with the Subcontractor Equity Program may result in a breach of contract, possible disqualification of the Contractor’s ability to bid on or receive future contracts, including as provided under Portland City Code 5.34.530, and/or the assessment of penalties.

  • The contractor shall be responsible for compliance by any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor with these Contract Equity Program and Equal Employment Opportunity Guidelines.

  • The contractor shall take such action, including sanctions and penalties as appropriate, with respect to any subcontract or purchase order as necessary to enforce the terms and conditions of these Contract Equity Program and Equal Employment Opportunity Guidelines.

Related to Equity Program

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.

  • Equity Incentive Plans means any equity incentive plans for officers, employees or Directors of the Company.

  • Investment Plan means the QEP Resources, Inc. Employee Investment Plan, as amended from time to time, or any successor plan.
