Equivalent CD$ Amount definition

Equivalent CD$ Amount means, on any date, the rate at which Canadian Dollars may be exchanged into Dollars, determined by reference to the Bank of America-Canada Branch noon rate as published on the Reuters Screen BOFC on the immediately preceding Business Day. In the event that such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, “Equivalent CD$ Amount” shall mean, on any date, the amount of Dollars into which an amount of Canadian Dollars may be converted or the amount of Canadian Dollars into which an amount of Dollars may be converted, in either case, at, in the case of the Canadian Loan Parties, the Agent’s spot buying rate in Toronto as at approximately 12:00 noon (Toronto time) on such date and, in the case of a Domestic Borrower, the Agent’s spot buying rate in New York as at approximately 12:00 noon (New York City time) on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Equivalent CD$ Amount means, on any date, the amount of Dollars into which an amount of Canadian Dollars may be converted or the amount of Canadian Dollars into which an amount of Dollars may be converted, in either case, at, in the case of the Canadian Loan Parties, the Agent’s spot buying rate in Toronto as at approximately 12:00 noon (Toronto time) on such date and, in the case of a Domestic Borrower, the Agent’s spot buying rate in New York as at approximately 12:00 noon (New York City time) on the immediately preceding Business Day.

In the event that such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, “Equivalent Amount” shall mean, on any date, the amount of Dollars into which an amount of Canadian Dollars may be converted or the amount of Canadian Dollars into which an amount of Dollars may be converted, in either case, at, in the case of the Canadian Borrower, the Canadian Agent’s spot buying rate in Toronto as at approximately 12:00 noon (Toronto time) on such date and, in the case of a Domestic Borrower, the Administrative Agent’s spot buying rate in New York as at approximately 12:00 noon (New York City time) on the immediately preceding Business Day.

Equivalent CD$ Amount means, on any day with respect to any amount of Dollars, the amount of Canadian Dollars which would be required to buy such amount of Dollars using the spot rate of the Bank of Canada at approximately 12:00 noon (Toronto time) on the day or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the Business Day immediately preceding such day.
Equivalent CD$ Amount means, on any date, the rate at which Canadian Dollars may be exchanged into Dollars, determined by reference to the Bank of Canada rate at the close of business on the immediately preceding Business Day as provided on the Reuters screen page. In the event that such rate does not appear on such Reuters screen page, “Equivalent CD$ Amount” shall mean, on any date, the amount of Dollars into which an amount of Canadian Dollars may be converted or the amount of Canadian Dollars into which an amount of Dollars may be converted, in either case, at, in the case of the Canadian Borrower, the Agent’s spot buying rate in Toronto as at approximately 12:00 noon (Toronto time) on such date and, in the case of a Domestic Borrower, the Agent’s spot buying rate in New York as at approximately 12:00 noon (New York City time) on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Equivalent Amount of any currency with respect to any amount of Dollars at any date shall mean the equivalent in such currency of such amount of Dollars, calculated on the basis of the Exchange Rate for such other currency at 11:00 a.m., London time, on the date on or as of which such amount is to be determined.
