• An employee on shift work may elect, with the consent of Ergon Energy, to work make-up time under which the employee takes time off ordinary hours and works those hours at a later time, at the shift rate which would have been applicable to the hours taken off.

• This Agreement has been negotiated by the parties to consolidate and provide equitable conditions of employment for all Ergon Energy employees covered by this Agreement.

• Should the employee’s access to learning processes and resources not be available within the mutually agreed timeframe, then the employee and Ergon Energy will review and possibly modify the development plan.

• With the exception of serious misconduct or other grounds that would justify termination, Ergon Energy will not terminate an employee who is in receipt of temporary disablement payments from ESI Fund.
