Plan Asset Regulations means 29 CFR § 2510.3-101 et seq., as modified by Section 3(42) of ERISA, as amended from time to time.
Plan Asset Regulation means the United States Department of Labor Regulation 29 C.F.R. Section 2510.3-101, as modified by Section 3(42) of ERISA.
Plan Assets Regulation means 29 C.F.R. Section 2510.3-101, et seq., as modified by Section 3(42) of ERISA.
Regulation CF means Regulation Crowdfunding promulgated under the Securities Act.
Plan Assets means “plan assets” within the meaning of the Plan Asset Regulations.
WHFIT Regulations Treasury Regulations section 1.671-5, as amended.
ERISA Plan means an employee benefit plan maintained for employees of any Person or any ERISA Affiliate of such Person subject to Title IV of ERISA (other than a Multiemployer Plan).
ERISA means the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended.
Market Regulation Department means all Exchange Officials and/or agents of the Exchange that assist the Exchange in the implementation, surveillance and enforcement of the Exchange Rules and other Obligations.
UK Securitization Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 as it forms part of UK domestic law as “retained EU law” by operation of the EUWA and as amended by the Securitisation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, and as further amended.
Governmental Plan and "separate account" shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in Section 3 of ERISA.
1940 Act Asset Coverage means “asset coverage,” as defined for purposes of Section 18(h) of the 1940 Act, of at least 200% with respect to all outstanding senior securities of the Fund which are shares of stock for purposes of the 1940 Act, including all outstanding MuniFund Term Preferred Shares (or such other asset coverage as may in the future be specified in or under the 1940 Act or by rule, regulation or order of United States Securities and Exchange Commission as the minimum asset coverage for senior securities which are shares of stock of a closed-end investment company).
EU Securitization Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 12, 2017.
OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.
FDI Act means the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as amended or recodified.
SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.
CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.
Advisers Act Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the Advisers Act.
S.A.F.E. act means the secure and fair enforcement for mortgage licensing act of 2008, Title V of the housing and economic recovery act of 2008 ("HERA"), P.L. 110-289, effective July 30, 2008.
ISA Regulations means The Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998, as amended or replaced from time to time.
Rail Safety Act means the Rail Safety Act 1998 (WA);
UCITS Regulations means the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective
Regulation G means Regulation G of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as from time to time in effect and any successor to all or a portion thereof.
TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.
HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.
Applicable MREL Regulations means, at any time, the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies then in effect in Norway giving effect to any MREL Requirement or any successor regulations then applicable to the Issuer, including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, CRD, the BRRD and those regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies giving effect to any MREL Requirement or any successor regulations then in effect (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies have the force of law and whether or not they are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer or to the Issuer and its subsidiaries);
