ERR definition

ERR has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

More Definitions of ERR

ERR means "Eurodollar Reserve Rate" and "ERRA" means "Eurodollar Rate (Reserve Adjusted)", in each instance determined by the Agent for the applicable Interest Period. The Agent's determination of all such rates for any Interest Period shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.
ERR means an Eligible Renewable Energy Resource as such term is defined in Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 or Section 399.16.
