From and after the delivery by a Lender to Borrower of a notice indicating that the cost to any Lender has increased as a result of such Eurodollar Reserve Requirement, all references contained in this Agreement to the Eurodollar Rate (other than that in the definition of Eurodollar Reserve Rate) shall be deemed to be references to the Eurodollar Reserve Rate with respect to each such affected Lender.
