Escalation to Mediation Date definition

Escalation to Mediation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 20.11.1.
Escalation to Mediation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2;

  • Subject to Condition13.2 of this Section A, the parties may, at any time after the Escalation to Mediation Date, submit the Dispute to any mutually agreed to mediation service for mediation by providing to the mediation service a joint, written request for mediation, setting forth the subject of the Dispute and the relief requested.
