Essential Visitors definition

Essential Visitors. Permit” means a permit issued under the provisions of Article 49 of this order;
Essential VisitorsParking Permit " means an Essential Visitors' Parking Permit issued and used in accordance with the provisions of the City of Southampton (First Controlled Zone) Traffic Regulation Order 2002.
