Controlled Zone definition

Controlled Zone means an area within a marine protected area where fishing or any other activity in terms of section 48A(1) of the Act may take place if authorised in terms of these regulations as contemplated in terms of section 48A(2) of the Act;

Controlled Zone for the purpose of this Order means any permitted or restricted controls operating in the streets shown in Schedule 1 to this Order during the permitted hours identified on the plans attached to this Order
