Estimated Guarantee Period Production definition
Estimated Guarantee Period Production means, for each Guarantee Period, the gross amount of kWh set forth in Table 1 below, which reflects Seller’s estimate of the production of the System over such Guarantee Period.
Estimated Guarantee Period Production has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B.
Estimated Guarantee Period Production means the estimated amount of energy production of the Solar Facility for a Contract Year as set forth in Exhibit F.
Examples of Estimated Guarantee Period Production in a sentence
Determination of the amount of electric energy that would have been produced during the relocation or replacement shall be based, during the first Contract Year, on 50% of the Estimated Guarantee Period Production (on a prorated basis and seasonally adjusted) as set forth in Exhibit B, and after the first Contract Year, based on actual operation of the System in the same period in the previous Contract Year, unless Seller and Customer mutually agree to an alternative methodology.
